The foundation of Project Ledger Incorporated began in 2018, rooted in a shared vision and bold ambition. At the time, both Clarissa and Erin were fully employed in their respective professional fields. However, Clarissa had a bigger dream—one that involved stepping away from the traditional career path to build something of her own. With a clear vision in mind, she pitched the idea of starting a business to Erin. What began as a conversation quickly became a turning point, and together, they made the leap of faith to turn that vision into reality.

That same year, the venture was born under the name Go Balance Accounting Services, initially established as a sole proprietorship. Clarissa took the lead as the strategic and operational mind behind the business, while Erin managed critical backend functions. Their complementary strengths laid a solid foundation for what was to come.

In early 2019, the journey truly gained momentum. The core idea—leveraging the exceptional talent and work ethic of the Filipino people and bringing it to a global stage—began to take shape. As the demand for reliable, remote accounting and support services grew, so did the company’s reach and capabilities.

By 2025, after years of steady growth, refinement, and relationship-building, the business evolved into PROJECT LEDGER INCORPORATED, a full-fledged organization recognized as one of the most dependable remote support systems based in Luzon, Philippines.
